Birches Club

We offer childcare before and after school for any children who attend the school:
Monday to Friday – 7.30am to 8.30am & 3.00pm to 5.30pm

Wraparound & Lunch Club

We offer lunch club extension to the morning or afternoon sessions:
Monday to Friday – 11.30am to 12.00pm   

or full nursery wraparound:
Monday to Friday – 12.00pm to 3.00pm

Prices:

Before school club – £5.00 

After school club – £5.00 per hour regular use or £6.00 per hour for late booking 

Lunch club – £7.95

Full wraparound – £18.00 (plus Lunch club at £7.95)

NB – retainer costs apply to irregular use if places are reserved. 

Registration

All parents/carers who wish to use the childcare facilities should first complete a registration form with full contact details, parental responsibility information, medical information, dietary requirements and emergency treatment permission.

Signing in and out

Before and after school parents should use the intercom by the pedestrian gate in order to notify staff. All children attending club must be signed in with staff at the start of the morning session and signed out when collected after school.

Any changes to expected arrangements for attendance or collection must be communicated to the school office or the Birches Club Mobile 07805 383109.
Wraparound children are signed in at the start of their morning nursery session.
