A huge congratulations to the 15 children in Years 3 and 4 who represented Birches in the Cross Country event at Perton Middle last week. The children all showed great determination and perseverance. Miss Hulme and Mrs Cain were particularly impressed with the children’s attitude and encouragement for each other to do the best that they could.
All children ran the full distance and should be very proud of themselves. A particular mention goes to our Year 3 Boys and Year 3 Girls teams who have qualified for the District Final in March.
A huge thank you again to the parents for supporting the event and for the early get ups in preparation for the event.
